Q: How can I get an invitation letter for my visa application?
A:
If you need a participation letter to get a visa for Milan, please make your application online via your account (button "my account" on the top left corner on the web site).
Once registered and payment and/or student ID confirmed, you may access to the conference letter for the visa application. For any further requests, please contact the Conference Secretariat.

 

Q: Is it possible that someone else presents my paper?
A:
Yes, the person who will present the paper has to confirm his/her registration and declare that he/she will be delivering the paper. He will have to enter the paper(s) number(s) from the button "Present a Paper" in his/her personal account.

 

Q: Do I need to upload a full paper if my paper is accepted as a poster presentation?
A: Yes, a full paper is required both for oral presentations and posters to be incorporated on the online detailed programme.

 

Q: Where can I find the templates and instuctions for full papers / oral presentations?
A: Instructions and templates are available on the page "Info to authors".

 

Q: How can I modify co-authors to my submission?
A: If you want to add, modify or delete co-authors, please log in to your account, then click on "Submit abstract" and on "Modify co-authors".

 

Q: When will I receive my DOI number assignment?
A: The DOI number will be communicated after the conference to the authors whose papers have been presented and whose full papers have been uploaded.

 

Q: I registered and now need to make changes to my registration, how can I do this?
A: You can make additional orders from your personal account.
If you made a mistake or want to delete some orders, please send an email to contact@eucass2017.com

 

Q: Will I receive a USB key with the proceedings of the conference?
A: There will be no USB key into the congress bags, but a .zip file will be at your disposal on the EUCASS website 10 days before the conference and a final update will be made 15 days after the conference with all presented paper. If your paper has not been uploaded by the congress date it won't be taken into account.

 

Q: Do you know if my paper will be selected for publication?
A: The best papers will be selected a few days after the conference and proposed for publication in EUCASS Special Issues of Peer Reviewed Journals, Aerospace Engineering for Aeronautical papers, Acta Astronautica for Space.
 

Q: Do you know if my paper will be withdrawn from the programme if my full paper is not uploaded on time?
A:
Your paper won't be deleted from the programme, this deadline is to build the first update of the conference proceedings. You can upload your paper until the beggining of the conference. Please note that we apply the rule of "no paper no show".
